We at Euro kids clothing pride ourselves on customer service, also on providing you with one place to find all the designer kids clothing your heart desires with minimum fuss and maximum value . So in saying that we hope we have developed a user friendly website that will have you coming back for more.

General Business Hours

Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm except for Public holidays (NSW). Outside of business hours e-mail and phone messages are checked and responded to regularly.

We also offer the opportunity for you to perform an electronic funds transfer (EFT) directly into our account. If using this method please remeber to include your order ID number, in order to speed up the process you may email us the reciept.

Gifts

If you would like to make a purchase as a gift for a loved one, we take pleasure in arranging everything from the actual gift, gift card, wrapping right down to the delivery. We can add a personalised gift tag to any order, no charge (just note your message in the checkout comments). Euro kids would also be happy to have it beautifully wrapped for just $4.50! as seen in the picture in the gifts section.

Delivery information

There is a flat fee of $10 for registered post no matter how many items you purchase, the price stays the same. Price is calculated during checkout, and all parcels are insured up to $100.

All orders received by 12 midnight are dispatched the following day.

Delivery time is generally within 24-48 hours for major capital cities
Same day delivery is possible for most items in Sydney metro only at a cost of $19.00.
All orders received over the weekend are processed on Monday morning. All delivery schedules refer to Monday as day 1 for weekend orders.

If due to unforeseen circumstances it is necessary to substitute any item, we will first contact you for approval, the substitution will be of equal or greater value and quality. Some of our items are handmade and are subject to stock being available.
If you are delivering the gift personally please advise us so we can leave your gift tag blank.

Please ensure that the correct delivery address for the receiver is provided.
This includes ensuring that the hospital delivery details are correct and that the receiver will in fact be in hospital to receive the gift considering our delivery time schedules.

A REDELIVERY FEE will apply should the recipient’s details be provided incorrectly or should a gift need to be re-directed from a hospital to a home address.
Please note there may be occasional delivery delays due to issues beyond our control such as; air freight hold ups at airports, poor weather or spot security checks. These delays are rare however and are not issues that we have any control over.
Loss or damage is very rare. When it does happen the order is replaced at our expense. All that we ask is that you contact us for a return number, keep the damaged item/s and packaging.

Where you have ordered a floral arrangement you will need to contact us if it is an urgent delivery to make sure we are able to meet your needs.
Larger items are not presented gift wrapped due to their size however a hand written card will be included with these purchases if required.

Outside Australia
Orders to be shipped outside of Australia are sent via Australia Post Air Mail. Delivery is typically 3-5 business days, email us for exact timing to your country. We can also use our regular courier company but in most instances we find Australia Post to be the most reliable and speedy way to ship.
Loss or damage is not covered unless insurance is taken (basic charge $5.75, plus $2.10 for insurance for every $100 or part thereof). Just note in the comments field if you would like insurance for your order.
Orders delivered outside of Australia are exempt from 10% GST. The order total will be re-calculated manually and we will contact you with additional charges

Returns and Exchange Policy

If an item is faulty, please notify us within 3 weeks of invoice/order date..
The easiest way is to call 0412 333 794
No products will be accepted for a return or exchange with out a RN.
We will replace or refund any faulty products and pay for the return freight, on receipt and evaluation of the goods. Please include written documentation detailing the problem with the goods.

Euro kids clothing would like to make your transaction as pain free as possible. So if you find after purchasing a garment you have made an incorrect choice regarding the size or colour we will be happy to exchange for the right size or colour. You will be required to pay the postage although we will charge a reduced rate.
We should receive the goods back in the original condition, unworn, unwashed in the original packaging (if pre-packaged) with tags attached. We will then post it back to you at a reduced postage charge. Unfortunately sale items can not be exchanged or refunded.
